The Biarritz Motel, Suites and Apartments offers three distinct
types of lodging… Motel, Suites and Apartments.
Couples looking for a romantic getaway love our romantic Whirlpool
rooms and Suites. Families like our One and Two Bedroom Suites and
Apartments. And large groups love our Multi-Family two and three
bedroom Suites and Apartments sleeping parties of eight to ten
people.
All of our Motel, Suite and Apartment units are within a one minute
walk to the beach and a five minute walk to the "downtown" area and
famous Old Orchard Beach Pier.
Our Motel
Our Motel Building (pictured above) is the heart of our operation. Just 150 yards across the street from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the town center. It also houses our main office, heated outdoor pool (which is open mid-May to mid-Sept annually) for all of our lodging buildings. All units have Free WiFi, AC, CCTV, private baths and include daily maid service. All units are non-smoking!
Biarritz Suites
These
Suites are just 75 yards from the Motel and pool and two/three rows
of buildings away from the ocean (about 75 yards to the beach),
and house Whirlpool rooms, small 1 and 2 bedroom kitchens, as well as our 3 bedroom
weekly rental known as "Vic's 3 Bedroom Kitchen". Our courtyard has
picnic tables, BBQ pits and a lounging area for you sun seekers!
All units have Free WiFi, AC, CCTV, private baths and include daily
maid service (some suites and apartments are daily towel & trash
removal only).
Apartments
We have two large apartment buildings located about 75 yards from the Motel/Pool area and about 150 yards from the beach. Here guests will find large, roomy one to three bedroom units with kitchens. Some of these units rent weekly only in season including the popular "Captain's House Downstairs" and "JoJo's 3 Bedroom Apartment".
