Biarritz Apartments
We have two large apartment buildings located about 75 yards from
the Motel/Pool area and about 150 yards from the beach. Here guests
will find large, roomy one to three bedroom units with kitchens.
Some of these units rent weekly only in season including the popular
"Captain's House Downstairs" and "JoJo's 3 Bedroom Apartment". All
units are Non-Smoking.
There are several types of apartment units in these buildings.
The Small One Bedroom Kitchen units in the Apartments Building have one bedroom with 2 double beds. There is a full kitchen with oven, coffee maker, microwave oven and toaster. There is a bath tub with shower in Unit 111-A and a shower only in 112-A. Each unit has A/C, CCTV, phone service, and alarm clock. One Bedroom units in the Apartment Building are on the ground level. Large 2 Bedroom Kitchen Apartments include 2
separate bedrooms with 1 double bed in each room, living room with
day/trundle bed sleeps 2 more. These apartment units have CCTV, A/C,
phone system, alarm clock. Full kitchen include an oven, coffee
maker, and microwave. Full bath with tub & shower. Daily maid
service is included in these 1st or 2nd floors units that sleeps up

Captain's House Downstairs Apartment is available
Saturday to Saturday weekly only most of the season.
This unit
includes 2 sleeping areas, 1 with double bed, the other with 2
double beds. Then there is the living room with day/trundle bed
sleeping two. Kitchen with oven, coffee maker & microwave oven, iron
& ironing board, CCTV, A/C, alarm clock, hair dryer, phone system. 2
baths with shower only. All linens & towels. Daily towel & trash
removal provided. Cleaning products are supplied for the "self
cleaning" of unit. Maximum of 8 people including children ages 1

Jo-Jo's 3 Bedroom Apartment Includes 3 separate
bedrooms with 1 double bed in each room. Plus there is a sofa
sleeper and 2 twin beds within the unit. There is a full kitchen
with oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, iron w/board, one full bath
with tub/shower, one half bath. hair dryer, living room, dining room, CCTV, A/C,
phone system, alarm clock, This first floor unit is available
Saturday to Saturday weekly only most of the season. The unit sleeps
10 maximum, including children 1 year and older.
