Rental Information for Standard Motel Units
Including King Rooms, Double/Doubles, and Whirlpool Motel Rooms
January 2nd Biarritz Motel will start taking reservations for the
calendar year.
Please call 1-207-934-2983 between the hours of
9am &
9pm daily. Please leave your name and number on our recorder if we
miss you and someone will call you back.
Arriving early in the day? We ask that you park in a municipal
parking lot for a minimal fee until your Check-In time.
Check-In Time: 2:00pm or after (sorry, no early Check-Ins).
Check-Out Time: 10:00am (11am for Whirlpools) Vehicles to be removed
from lot.
FREE WIFI PROVIDED - Just ask the front desk for this week's code.
No Pets permitted in units. ($50.00 Fine)
All units are NON-SMOKING. You are free to smoke outside on the
decks, in pool area and in the BBQ area. There is a $50.00 Fine if
management or staff finds that you have been smoking in our units.
Maximum Occupancy: Is strictly enforced. Occupancy
limit includes all adults and children over 1 year of age. Should
you arrive with more people (including children over 1 year of age)
and go over the occupancy limit of your unit, you will be asked to
upgrade to a larger unit if available or to take a 2nd unit.
(Cots, mats, cribs, playpens or highchairs are not provided
for our quests.)
Parking is Very limited. You are permitted 1 Vehicle per unit. If
you bring additional vehicles, (including boats/trailers etc., ) you
will be asked to park offsite at your own expense.
All rates subject to change without notice, especially during
holidays, special events, July and August. Rates guaranteed only
with 30-Day advance purchase with prepaid deposit.
All rentals subject to Maine Sales Tax at time of arrival (currently 7%).
Cash, Travelers Checks, U.S. Money Orders & Major Credit Cards
accepted. Sorry, No Personal checks except for advanced deposits.
Deposit:
A 1 night Deposit is required to guarantee reservation.
Reservations guaranteed until 6pm unless notified of late arrival.
Please call the office at 1-207-934-2983 on day of arrival to inform
staff of your late Check-In.
1-Night stay Welcomed May 1 to June 18 and Sept 7 to Oct. 12.
2-Night stay required June 19 to Sept 6.
There are no refunds for any reason including short stays, bad
weather, illness, death, family emergencies, etc., once you have
checked in.
Room Deposit: A 1-night deposit required. All units
require a credit card imprint to check-in.. (sorry, cash no longer
accepted) this imprint will serve as a security/damage deposit. No
money is charged on this card unless damages have occurred, or you
have an unpaid balance upon departure, (ie. parking, extra persons,
dirty unit etc.)
Cancellation Policy: 14 Day notice is required to receive a refund,
less $25.00 cancellation fee. Any reservation made or cancelled
within the 14 Days prior to arrival are NON-REFUNDABLE. We need 2
weeks notice for any changes to reservation. A $50.00 fee will be
charged for any unit making changes within the 14 day prior to
arrival.
Cooking in units: These units are not made for cooking, we ask you
do not bring hotplates or skillet or cook in these units.
Quiet Time is from 11:00pm to 8:00am. We ask that you respect your
neighbors. Should you have problems during the night with your
neighbor, Please call the office at 934-2983 so we can take care of
the problem. Please do not wait till morning, call when it is
happening!
Noisy Rooms: Our policy is.. You will be given 1 warning to correct
the problem, should I have to come back to your unit a 2nd time, you
will be asked to leave, and NO REFUND for any days remaining.
Pool: Only Registered Guests of Biarritz are permitted to use the
pool. Visitors are not permitted to use pool.
Our pool is Solar Heated. Our pool temperature is set for 75-80*
however if we have days with no sun the temperature will drop.
Pool Hours of Operation are:
May to Mid June and Labor Day to mid Sept. 10:00am - 7:00pm
Mid June to Labor Day 10:00am to 10:00pm Weather permitted. Closed
during thunderstorms.
Children under age 14 must have adult supervision while in the pool
area.
Visitors: Are Welcomed 9am to 9pm daily. However they must park
offsite and are not permitted to use the pool due to Insurance.
Linens and towels are provided - Please do not remove these from the
unit to use on the beach. Suntan oils stain these items and make
them unusable.
Beach Towels: Remember to bring your Beach towels
and blankets from home.
