BIARRITZ SUITES

These properties are 3 buildings away from the ocean, and house our small 2 bedroom kitchens, as well as our 3 bedroom weekly rental known as "Vic's 3 Bedroom Kitchen".  Our courtyard has picnic tables, BBQ pits and a lounging area for you sun seekers!  The office and pool are located only 75 feet away in building #1. The beach is only 75 feet away. Non Smoking Unit.

In these buildings there are 3 types of units. All are non-smoking.

Type 4 - Small 2 Bedroom Kitchen: All units include 2 separate bedrooms with 1 double bed in each room, CCTV, A/C, phone system, alarm clock, refrigerator, 4 burner cook top (no oven in units 1s & 2s. 5s & 6s), microwave oven, coffee maker, full bath. Daily maid service. 1st floor. Sleeps 4 Max including children. Floor layouts do vary. Non-smoking unit. (Also see under "Apartments" type 6-Large 2-bedroom kitchens sleep 6)

Type 5 Private Whirlpool tub room: Includes 1 king size bed, private 2 person whirlpool tub, bath with shower, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, CCTV, A/C, phone system, alarm clock. Daily maid service. 1st floor. Sleeps 2 Max. Rate based on 2 person occupancy. Non-smoking unit. (Also see under "Motels" type #5 - whirlpool tub room)

Type 7 Vic's 3 Bedroom Kitchen - Strictly weekly 6/23/07 to 9/02/07 - Sat to Sat: Includes 3 separate bedrooms, 1 double bed in each, full kitchen with oven, coffee maker & microwave oven, CCTV, A/C, phone system, alarm clock, iron & ironing board. Living room with day bed with trundle for 2. Full bath with tub & shower and hair dryer. All linens & towels. Cleaning products are supplied for "self cleaning" of unit.
