All units include 2 separate bedrooms with 1 double bed in each room, CCTV, A/C, phone system, alarm clock. Full kitchen with oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster. Living room with day bed with trundle for 2. Full bath with tub & shower. All linens and towels. Daily towel, trash removal and vacuum provided. Non Smoking Unit. 1st & 2nd Floors sleeps 1-6 Max. including children. Floor layout will vary.

Rental Information for Types 3-5-6-7-8

January 2nd Biarritz Motel will start taking reservations for the Calendar year. Please call 207-934-2983 between the hours of 9AM-9PM daily. Please leave your name and number on our recorder and someone will get back to you.

Check – In Time: Types 3 - 5 is 2:00PM or after. Tupes 6 - 7 - 8 is 3pm (sorry, no early Check-Ins)

Check – Out Time: Type #3 - 5 10:00AM - Types 6-7-8 11:00AM

Parking: Below is the maximum allowed due to limited parking. Please do not bring additional vehicles. We will not be able to park them. Strictly enforced!

Types #3-5-6 has 1 Parking Space per unit
Type #7 has 2 Parking Spaces per unit
Type #8 has 3 Parking Spaces per unit

Maximum Occupancy: Rate of this unit is strictly enforced. Should you arrive with more people (including children over 1 year of age) and go over the occupancy limit, you will be asked to take a 2nd or Larger unit if available or your reservation will be cancelled at the Management’s discretion without refund. This policy is strictly enforced!

Minimum Stay Required in Types 3-5-6-7-8
3 Night Stay Required for Types # 3-5-6 from June 20 to August 31, 2008
7 Night Stay Required for Types # 7-8 from June 21 to August 30, 2008

All Rates Subject to Change without notice, especially during holidays, special events, July and August. Rates guaranteed only with 30-day advance purchase with prepaid deposit. Other reservations may be subject to a surcharge.

Rental Deposits:
A 1 Night’s Deposit on Types #3-5-6 if less than 7 nights and 50% down if rented by the week.
A 1 Night’s Deposit Required off season for Types #7-8 and 50% down if rented by the week.

All rentals subject to Maine Sales tax (7%).

Security Deposits:
Credit Card Imprint or 1-Day Rental Cash – September 1 to June 19.
June 21 –  August 30, 2008 - a $250 security deposit is required.

Cash, Travelers Checks, U.S. Money Orders & Major Credit Cards accepted. Sorry, no personal checks except for advanced deposits.

There are no refunds for any reason including short stays, bad weather, illness, death, family emergencies, etc., once you have checked in.

Reservations guaranteed until 6PM unless notified of late arrival - call Office at 1-207-934-2983 on day of arrival to inform staff of your late Check-In. Failure to do so may result in loss of your reservation and deposit.

Cancellation Policy Types 3-5-6-7-8: Reservation deposits are non-refundable once received or charged on Types 3-5-6-7-8.

All Units are Non-Smoking – Due to health, environmental and fire reasons. You are free to smoke outside on the decks, in the pool area, and on private and public areas unless posted. There is a $50.00 fine if Management or Staff finds that you have been smoking in our units.

Sorry – No Pets of any kind. You will be asked to leave. ($50.00 fine).

Quiet Time is from 11:00PM to 8:00AM – 24 Hour Management to take care of problems. No refund will be given if asked to leave due to non-conformance.

*Cots and mats are no longer available due to fire and safety codes. Please note we do not permit people to “sleep on the floors” in sleeping bags. (Health issues)
